Agile has been around for a while. Still people and organisations are struggling. That is why we are looking for coaches that are experienced in not only coaching in a regular flow but who are also experienced in agile transformations, both in  NL and abroad.

• You have multiple years of experience in agile delivery
• You have multiple years of experience in agile coaching and preferable transformations
• You how to translate what you see into what needs to change
• You are knowledgable in multiple agile frameworks
• You are very aware of how agile practices can be applied to be beneficial
• You understand change and are aware of basic psychology regarding change
• You know how to connect to people on all levels in organizations
• You speak english and/or dutch very well or native
• You know what it is to work in a transformation team and support your team mates
• You know how to apply agile practices in the transformation team and why
• You just want to create success at your client site
• You have preferable certificates regarding popular agile frameworks
