Agile coaches
Agile has been around for a while. Still people and organisations are struggling. That is why we are looking for coaches that are experienced in not only coaching in a regular flow but who are also experienced in agile transformations, both in NL and abroad.
This is you:
- You have multiple years of experience in agile delivery
- You have multiple years of experience in agile coaching and preferable transformations
- You how to translate what you see into what needs to change
- You are knowledgable in multiple agile frameworks
- You are very aware of how agile practices can be applied to be beneficial
- You understand change and are aware of basic psychology regarding change
- You know how to connect to people on all levels in organizations
- You speak english and/or dutch very well or native
- You know what it is to work in a transformation team and support your team mates
- You know how to apply agile practices in the transformation team and why
- You just want to create success at your client site
- You have preferable certificates regarding popular agile frameworks

Agile delivery professionals
Organisations are becoming more and more agile. Often they just don’t have the people to do the job. That is why we are looking for people who can provide that extra capacity to do this for them.
This is you:
- You have multiple years of experience in any role in agile teams
- You are experienced as an agile delivery lead, a product owner or a scrum master
- You know the importance of the rituals in agile and how to facilitate them when needed
- You know how to use visual management and update this based on the agile rituals
- You know how to handle clients, sponsors, stakeholders and team members to have them work in a shared responsibility
- You have preferable certificates regarding popular agile frameworks
- You understand the importance of having the team work as a collective
- You speak english and/or dutch very well or native
- You know how to apply agile practices during delivery and how to change or upgrade them when needed based on retrospectives

This is you:
- You quickly understand what the business in a company is all about.
- Precision and an analytical view on everything comes as a second nature.
- You own to position this in a team in terms of priorities and transfer it to epics and stories.
- You are experienced in agile teams and preferably have a PO or Scrum master certificate.
- You can identify and make a business case and are able to articulate this on every management level
- You can have a completely different conversation with a developer, a sponsor or senior stakeholder, because you can adjust your vocabulary accordingly
- You fluently switch between a helicopter view and a detailed mapping specification
- You understand the difference between requirements and a vague idea
- You can’t help yourself visualizing process flows when asking people what they do or want
- You know how to interpret or create an object model, even based on a shady SQL database
